Hey, I'm Rafid

I have a mental health condition. It means every single day there's a list of things I have to do, or I fall apart.

  • Take my meds. Twice a day. On time.
  • Sleep before midnight. Get a full eight hours.
  • Eat three real meals.
  • Don't binge eat at night.
  • Walk. Move my body. Some kind of exercise.

Simple things. When I do them, life works. When I don't, it breaks.
